What is founding member pricing?
Founding members pay $42 CAD per month for their first 12 months, a 30% discount applied automatically when you join. After 12 months, your rate moves to the standard $60 CAD per month. It’s available during our pre-launch period and is limited to 50 members per area. If you cancel during your founding year, the discount is permanently lost.
How does billing work?
Your membership is billed monthly on your anniversary date (the day you were placed in a group). Your payment method is kept securely on file and charged automatically each cycle. You can manage your billing through your account settings.

How do I cancel?
Cancel through your account settings at any time. Billing stops immediately. No penalties, no long-term contracts. Note: founding members who cancel permanently lose their discounted rate and cannot recover it if they rejoin later.
Is there a free trial?
We don’t charge you anything until you’re matched with a group. You can create your profile, complete the behavioral assessment, and wait for your match at zero cost. Your first charge only comes after you’re placed in a group and start actively networking.
How do I update my payment method?
Update your card anytime through the billing portal in your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens after the 12-month founding period?
After your first 12 months, your subscription continues at the standard rate of $60 CAD per month. No action needed on your part. You still keep all the same features and your group placement.
What happens if my payment fails?
We’ll notify you and retry automatically. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your membership is paused until billing is resolved. You won’t lose your group spot immediately.
